We have built a high-level academic team of rich experience and strongs cientific resear chcapacity. At present, the staff consists of 110 people, including 16 professors and 56 associate professors. Since we have beenmaking innovations consistently, several teachers have received awards due to their distinguished academic strength such as the State Council special allowance, the title of National Outstanding Teacher,Mid-Aged Expert with Remarkable Contributions,National Cultural Expert,Taishan Scholar, etc.Additionally, we have 3 chief experts of major projects funded by NSFC (The Natural Science Foundation of China), and another professor has been included in Elsevier’s list of Most Cited Chinese Researchers for six years in a row.
