Logistics Project Master

Theprogram was authorized to grant a master's degree in September 2010, and its enrollment began in 2011.

Learning Goals

The postgraduate program will allow students to lay solid theoretical foundation and take jobs like logistics system planning and design, logistics information system design and development, and IoT technology application by utilizing modern information technology and scientific methods and strategies as advanced logistics talents.

Through systematic learning and practicing, graduates will master logistics project theory and methods, as well as management methods and techniques in specific areas, demonstrating outstanding abilities of thinking, expressing, writing, organizing and creating, capable of managing logistics for logistics businesses and logistics departments of large enterprises.

Enrollment Qualification

In-service staff with domestic undergraduate diploma and relevant work experience, or fresh undergraduates.

Academic Focus

1. Logistics system planning and design: focusing on regional logistics planning, business logistics system design, logistics park and distribution center design.

2. Logistics information system: focusing on logistics information system or platform design, development and management.

3.IoT and intelligent logistics: focusing on IoT logistics system design and development, logistics process supervising and tracing, IoT logistics protocols and standards setting, intelligent logistics system management.

Learning periods

Learning periods last for 2 years, half of the time for compulsory and elective courses, the other half for internships and practice.

CoreCurriculum: Logistics Project and Management, Logistics System Planning and Design, Logistics Information Management and Technology, LogisticsDistribution Center Planning and Design, Modern Logistics Technology and Equipment, Regional Logistics Planning, Supply Chain Design and Management.

Degree Granting

After gaining required credit points and passing oral defense, students will be granted a logistics project master’s degree, and a postgraduate diploma.
