Management Science and Project Doctor
Theprogram was authorized to grant a doctor's degree in July 2013, and enrollment began in 2014.
Learning Goals
The program will allow students to lay solid theoretical foundation on management, system science,mathematics, economics, and information technology, get the hang of methods like system analysis as well as information and knowledge management, and form moralities and academic qualities. They will become high-end talents and demonstrate abilities of logical thinking and theory innovation, capable of independently conducting scientific research, and doing jobs like teaching and researching in subject relevant areas.
Academic Focus
1. Information management and information system project, focusing on integrated strategies of information and industrialization and evaluation, service-oriented key techniques in information system, knowledge management model and evaluation from the prospective of psychological contract, IoT and smart elderly-caring, smart medical care.
2.Decision-making theory and optimization, reliability evaluation and optimization of network system, optimized configuration of network resource, evolutionary algorithm, society and economic system analysis, and dealing with uncertainties.
3. E-commerce and supply chain management, focusing on e-commerce behavior analysis, e-commerce personalized recommendation techniques, optimized modeling and algorithm of logistics system, optimizing design and collaborative mechanism of closed-loop supply chain and produce supply chain.
4. Financial system project and management, focusing on data and computing against big data backdrop, mass structured or unstructured data in finance, dynamic mechanism and management of financial market and business finance.
Learning Periods
Normally 3 years for full-time doctoral students, no more than 6 years.
Curriculum
Corecurriculum: Management Science and Project Methodology, Modern Information System Project, Management Science Theory, Complex System Modeling and Intelligence, Game Theory and Information Economics.
Degree Granting
After gaining required credit points and passing oral defense, students will be granted a doctor’s degree in management, and a doctoral diploma.
